House call - $150

  • includes travel within 20 mile radius of Black Forest home base and examination of one pet (dog or cat)

Travel outside of 20 miles - $2 per mile

Additional pets - $50 per pet

Behavior Consultations - $200

  • includes 2 hours of history taking and hands-on training

Euthanasia - call for pricing; cremation available

Vaccinations - Rabies $9, other vaccines $17 - $50 each
