includes travel within 20 mile radius of Black Forest home base and examination of one pet (dog or cat)

Travel outside of 20 miles - $2 per mile

Additional pets - $55 per pet

Euthanasia - call for pricing; cremation available

Vaccinations - Rabies $12, other vaccines $17 - $50 each
